We are always looking for talented developers that are interested in contributing in any size, shape, or form. We accept various levels of involvement because we know not everyone can make the same level of commitment. If you are interested in becoming a part of Bedrock’s success, don’t be shy and contact us at “contribute at bedrockframework dot com”.
Core contributors represent the those that are in it for the long haul. It is at this level that all major decisions and all final approvals are made. This level is usually awarded to existing contributers at other levels that have demonstrated a long term commitment to the project.
Master contributors include those that make regular contributions to every aspect of the development process. This means they not only help maintain the core codebase, but also assist in the QA process and in developing new additions and extensions to the codebase. Active involvement in the community is usually common (but not required) at this level.
Representing the bulk of contributors to the project, associate contributors are those that make periodic contributions in the form of QA support, plugin development, or core maintenance. Most developers will start at this level and will be promoted in title and authority as they demonstrate their commitment to making Bedrock a success. A formal inquiry/application is all that is required to be considered for this level.
